I am hiring an experienced Receptionist/Facilities Coordinator to join a well-respected International Asset Management firm located in stunning offices in Mayfair. A boutique hands-on social environment, managing the front of house for the two floors they occupy in the building, approx. 45 employees.

A lovely UHNW international family is looking for 2 junior travelling retainer nannies to join the childcare team looking after twins aged 16 months.
The retainer nanny will work alongside 2 senior rota nannies whilst on shift, supporting them with the day-to-day care of the twins, as well as a team of nurses overseeing daytime personal care and night shift. The Junior Nannies will report to the Chief of Staff to the Nursery, or Senior Nurse on Duty.
The family would like to find a creative, proactive and highly organised Nanny to be a helping hand to the senior nannies. They will be involved in helping implement a fun and engaging education and play schedule, support the rota nannies with preparation and packing for international travel and ensure all children’s belongings are kept organised.
The household is very family orientated, so a nanny with the ability to read the room is imperative, enabling the family to spend quality time together whilst always being on hand incase needed.
Working within a fully staffed household team will help take care of nursery duties, however responsibility of organisation and running of the nursery will fall to all of the nursery team so therefore the candidate must be tidy, organised and a real team player.

A busy UHNW family is seeking a highly qualified and experienced governess to join her household, working on a rota basis (2 weeks on/off). With three boys aged 7, 4.5, and 3.5, the candidate will play a pivotal role in their educational development, working closely with the current head nanny who holds a Norland qualification. The role entails providing academic support and overseeing the boys' educational needs, including preparation for the 7 exam in January 2025. The successful candidate will have a background in teaching and/or tutoring, preferably within UHNW households.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the current nannies, in creating and implementing a comprehensive educational plan tailored to each child's needs and developmental stage.
- Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions focusing on a range of subjects, including but not limited to English, mathematics, science, and languages.
- Foster a supportive and enriching learning environment that encourages intellectual curiosity and academic excellence.
- Coordinate with external tutors and educational resources to supplement the boys' learning experiences.
- Accompany the family on international travels during school holidays, ensuring continuity in educational activities and support.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to the boys' education, such as scheduling appointments, managing resources, and tracking progress.
