An exceptional opportunity for an experienced Senior Nanny/Governess with specialist behaviour management expertise to support a school-age child within an international UHNW household.

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Senior Nanny/Governess to join an international private household.
We are seeking a confident, emotionally intelligent and exceptionally capable childcare professional with extensive experience in behaviour management, emotional regulation and supporting children with complex behavioural needs.
Previous experience working within UHNW private households is essential, alongside the professionalism, discretion and adaptability required in a fully staffed international setting.

The Role
• Provide high-quality, hands-on childcare, educational guidance and emotional support.
• Apply effective, evidence-informed behaviour management strategies with confidence and consistency.
• Support emotional regulation, resilience, independence and positive social development.
• Establish clear, appropriate boundaries while maintaining a warm, supportive relationship.
• Work collaboratively with other childcare and educational professionals.
• Maintain structured routines and provide a consistent approach to care.
• Support age-appropriate learning, enrichment and developmental activities.
• Travel internationally with the family and adapt to changing environments and schedules.

Candidate Requirements
• Extensive professional experience as a Senior Nanny, Governess or similar childcare specialist.
• Demonstrable expertise in managing challenging behaviour, emotional dysregulation and behavioural difficulties in school-age children.
• Proven experience working within UHNW or similarly demanding private households.
• Relevant qualifications in education, child development, psychology, behavioural support or a related discipline are highly desirable.
• A strong understanding of positive behaviour management, de-escalation techniques and emotional development.
• Confident, calm and consistent, with excellent judgement and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Emotionally mature, resilient, patient and able to establish firm but compassionate boundaries.
• Fluent English essential; additional European languages advantageous.
• EU right to work essential.
• Comfortable working within a rota arrangement and travelling internationally.
