French/English speaking EA to CEO/Founder (Paris)

 Supporting this dynamic and charming CEO of a very successful consultancy.  The CEO is looking for a colleague to work closely with and would be extremely collaborative and inclusive and who would be amazing to work for. This is a hybrid role (3 days office 2 days from homie)  A mixed role of both business and private support.  You will have supported at senior level in the past with both business and private support to be considered for this role.  The company has offices in Paris, London & New York and you will liaise with the London & US office when needed

The client lives in the Museum District but planning a move to a bigger property.  Mother of twins (10 months) she has a full time nanny and housekeeper in the residence who you will liaise with to keep things running smoothly.

You will be well presented and spoken with excellent communication skills, able to represent the business to a high standard and be fluent in English and French.  This is a people focused, dynamic company that support and reward their staff accordingly.  Bright and engaging with a warm and helpful personality is essential, happy to muck in when needed to assist this really busy and charming CEO

Running a very busy corporate and private diary, making use of the time of the CEO in planning ahead, making meetings and providing research & paperwork when needed.  Taking notes in meetings and following up points.  Dealing with expenses (both business and personal) fielding calls, taking messages and organising any travel requirements both business and personal.  Assisting with household budgets and payments

The CEO entertains a lot at home so assisting in organising dinners, lunches for both business and personal reasons.

This is a great role for someone who is versatile, warm in personality with excellent all round skills and a high level of technology and French/English.
