A private equity backed international manufacturing and engineering group seek a strategic and very commercial CFO to partner with the existing CEO. The group are in a very acquisitive period, with the view to be AIM listed within the next 3 years.
This international group currently operate 8 entities across Europe with a combined turnover of €18M. Each entity currently uses an external third party for their accounting functions.
Based in Hammersmith, you will be responsible for the following:
- Standardise financial systems and processes across the group
- Align funding for cash flow needs
- Develop and control annual business plans
- Work with CEO on strategic planning
- Assist CEO with strategic growth opportunities
This role requires an extremely dynamic individual who is excited about assisting with growth both commercially and financially. This role would not suit someone who simply wishes to act as a "caretaker."
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who seeks the experience of working towards an AIM listing. Having experience with JV and start-up situations would be a great advantage.
