Our client a diverse global construction group who require an Accounts Assistant on a permanent full-time basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to work closely with the UK’s Financial Controller. This role will see you assisting with the production of Management Accounts and liaising directly with international teams.
Key responsibilities for the role include:
- The input of sales and purchase invoices
- Raise purchase orders
- Reconcile purchase ledgers
- Preparation of supplier payments
- Staff expenses and company credit card
- Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Prepare CIS payments
- Prepare quarterly VAT returns
To be considered for this role you should have experience working in a similar role where you have completed CIS payments and VAT returns. Candidates should also have experience with Sage Accounts 50.
