Chief of Staff -  (International Property) UHNW

This is an outstanding role for an outstanding individual to oversee and manage an international portfolio of privately owned luxury property & estates in the UK and abroad.  

A seasoned and career orientated individual with a demonstrated background on an international level for UHNW with major assets including a large property portfolio.  Degree standard with a professional qualification would be preferred (finance/accountancy/law).  Able to crunch numbers and produce accurate forecasts of values and works going forward.  Able to read/negotiate contracts and have an understanding of property law in general.

Able to travel extensively and sometimes be out of the UK for 1 month+ when required.

Experience with dealing with/recruiting and managing an international bevvy of household staff from Managers to Housekeepers also.  Able to spot problems before they arise and flat up/deal with.

Able to lead by example with outstanding communication skills you will have an array of skills to cover a role of this level.

An erudite and experienced individual with much to offer.  Extremely discreet and wanting to give 100% to your next role.  The role will absorb you and you may travel with little notice and be on call when required also.

An outstanding individual with a top property background on an international level and the skills/confidence to report into an UHNW and be their best trouble shooter.
