The role is to support a dynamic and results driven Operations Director who oversees the family property portfolio and assists the Principals in every aspect. Acting as a right hand with property management, logistics, in box, extensive and changeable diary management and drafting communications. Assisting in the management of new office and domestic staff including initial interviews and administration of contracts, background checks, trial days and day to day management. Overseeing property manuals, work lists, and coordinating ongoing maintenance for properties in Europe and overseas. Dealing with tradesmen and contractors and attending site when required. Liaising with the Principals and extended family and assisting with nay requests with regard to their properties, health and lifestyle. Arranging and overseeing transportation of valuables and artwork to various properties. Working closely with the accounting team to approve invoices, dealing with budgets etc.
You will have great energy, a love of property and the involvement with the upkeep in all aspects. Want to grow and learn in the role. A top communicator, degree standard would be preferred and a background within a Family Office style environment with property involvement.
