Chief of Staff - Family Office (Central London)

A top role has arisen for a polished an accomplished individual with an in depth background supporting an UHNW family with large property holdings both in the UK and abroad (Essential).  This will be an all encompassing and absorbing role on a 24/7 basis. Career orientated and 8/10 years+ at senior level within a Family Office or for an UHNW individual with wide business and personal involvements.  A demonstrated background overseeing, hiring and managing Household staff in varying locations is essential and a good HR overview of current legislation.  Leading a Team of 5 support staff within the family office and acting as interface between the Principals and various divisions in the company.  Hiring for office support staff also.

Dealing with all lifestyle management for the Principals and overseeing security within the homes and whilst travelling.  Dealing with all HNW inventories and art collections and management of credit cards and liaison with accountant.  This is an extremely hands on role where you must lead by example and tackle every day needs and requirements of the family and have a roll up the sleeves and muck in attitude.  Happy to sort out the small as well as the big requests and expectations will be part of this role.  The family are down to earth with practical needs as well as UHNW lifestyle so you are happy to go from the sublime to the ridiculous!  A positive and happy personality with a drive to succeed is needed.

Involvement in all projects undertaking by the Family and acting as a sounding board for new ventures.

Loyalty and discretion are key to this role, sound judgement and integrity.  Able to lead by example you will have your own gravitas and confidence with a high degree of EI and resilience.  Able to liaise easily with all levels of staff and cultures.  Highly proactive and hands on, solutions driven and a critical thinker.

Degree standard, top references and a CV demonstrating  8 -10 years+ at this level is essential to be considered for this role.  Long handover.
