Team Assistant in UHNW Family Office - Property

Up to £30k plus benefits and bonus potential

Our client a well-known family with an extensive property portfolio and interests within a luxury brand are seeking a Team Assistant to join them and support a team of 5 in their property division. A vibrant, friendly and hardworking team so a great sense of humour is a must with a big smile and willingness to get stuck-in!

You will have experience in a similar role, (ideally from a property, interior design or related industry though all experiences will be considered from a private office), have a top work ethic and be ambitious to be successful as a top Team Assistant in a private office. You will be of graduate caliber, be hands on, willing to support and be looking to make a long term commitment. You will be articulate and well presented as the role can be client facing at times.

They are moving back to the office in the coming months so you will be looking for an office based role and be able to commute with ease to the Bond Street area.

In this role you will support with complex ever-changing travel arrangements, diary management, sourcing and arranging gifts, running errands and all other administrative requirements that arise. You will not be one to shy away from any task required of you, from covering the Receptionist, secondary reception for your team to include gatekeeping, taking incoming calls for your team, meeting visitors, setting up meeting rooms to providing refreshments. You will also be willing to be heavily involved with the extensive property portfolio for the family from research to dealing with builders to liaising with maintenance. Certainly a role where you will be involved in property projects. A great opportunity for true involvement and not be in a purely desk based role.

This role is available immediately so those on a week or less notice would be in an advantageous position, though this is not a must.
