This well-established boutique and international Private Equity company based near St James's is looking for an Assistant PA to join their team following a promotion.
Joining this friendly and welcoming team who will always support you with future growth, you will support the Executive Assistant to ensure the smooth running of the executives day and running of the office. You will support with diary management, managing meetings both in person and video, research, travel arrangements, meeting & greeting guests to the office, gatekeeping/taking messages, running errands, ordering supplies, document production and more!
The ideal role for someone looking for their second role they can grow within, ideally you will have administrative/PA or Team Assistant experience, professional services, legal or a financial related industry is preferred. You will be of graduate calibre, be articulate and present yourself professionally. You will be friendly, willing and have a good sense of humour to fit in with the existing wonderful team.
Hybrid working will be available to those who seek it post probation.
