Executive Assistant (Business/Private) for Investment CEO Mayfair.

This is a busy and interesting role for an experienced and astute EA with a degree or Masters to work for one of the UK's most successful CEO's within investments.  A background working at senior level within Investments or a top UHNW entrepreneur is essential to be considered for this role.  You will be used to lightening speed changes in daily and weekly schedules, able to work on the run at times and switch your hat from business to private support (about 50%) without dropping the ball.  This is a pivotal role for the company who are looking for the best.

Extremely well presented and spoken you will understand the myriad of complex requirements someone of this level will give to you.  You will be exceptional in every sense.

Thinking on your feet with little direction you will keep the Principal's business and personal requirements on track and dealt with effectively.  Working closely with investors and Board members you will prepare documents for the Board, attending interesting and diverse meeting, take minutes and manage complex travel arrangements including private jets etc.

Reviewing all emails and dealing with all communications ensuring prompt response.  Solutions driven and able to handle requests autonomously and use all of your problem solving skills.

Research/reporting on visiting clients and briefing Principal before meetings.  Top emotional intelligence and a good sense of humour - happy to go the extra  mile when needed.  Top English skills written and spoken.  Strong work ethic and a positive, happy personality is essential for this role.  An outstanding multi tasker with much to offer able to handle an interesting but sometimes heavy work load.  A high level of discretion, able to work quickly and effectively under pressure whilst remaining calm at all times.  Resourceful and dedicated.  The role comes with a top package and generous bonus that increases over time also.
