A hybrid role with working from home 1 - 2 days per week. This is an interesting , fast paced and very varied role covering both the business and private support of this very successful and likeable CEO of a City Investment Company.  Degree standard, on the ball and happy to cover both business and private matters for this very likeable and extremely busy CEO.

Sitting in on Board Meetings and taking minutes - able to follow up so that the CEO has everything he needs back to deadline.  Sitting within the investment team this is a 1:1 role of great importance to the CEO.  Articulate, educated and used to the standard this CEO would expect.  A background in investments, finance, hedge or private equity is needed for this role. Able to monitor the inbox and reply when required. Exacting diary/logistics management.  Preparation of all paperwork before meetings, research and preparation of meeting packs.  Arranging all business travel for the Principal with a detailed itinerary and all necessary Covid information.  Interacting with various portfolio companies.

Assisting to support the immediate family across a wide range of matters from diary management to admin support.  Administration of properties, payment of bills and renovations.  Management of sailing boat, arranging events, private dinners and family events.

Assisting with the family's charitable foundation, expenditure and taking minutes of monthly meetings.

You will be proactive, flexible and resourceful able to tackle a busy workload on a daily basis.  Strong attention to detail, professional with a cv demonstrating a role covering at senor level both in business and private matters.  Intelligent and able to take on complex projects and pick up things easily.  A team player with a positive and warm personality who has cultural sensitivity with sound judgement and interpersonal skills.  Degree level and Investment/Finance background preferred  Excellent package and vibrant working atmosphere in fabulous office near Bank.  There is a possibility to work from home 1 - 2 days week in this role by arrangement after settled into the role..
