EA to Senior Director - High Profile Gallery

One of our top clients who are globally recognised at the top of their game in the contemporary art world are seeking an experienced, together and intelligent EA to support their Senior Director in all aspects of his very busy work life. Experience in the Art, Auction or luxury world is preferred.

Top proven experience supporting at senior level with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail is a must in this role. The Director is extremely busy and is also the primary Client manager so impeccable communication and organisation skills are required.

A successful candidate must be able to manage the Senior Director's time effectively to allow focused time for their internal responsibilities such as management of clients, art fairs, artists and exhibitions. Must be a team player as you will be liaising with HNWI's, clients and colleagues in the wider gallery teams.

Duties to include;

You will be able to manage an ever changing complex diary over multiple time zones as well as oversee full inbox management and delegate / prioritise accordingly; complex international travel management and all logistics; prepare board packs and collate all relevant documentation ( auction reports and financial reports), work closely with colleagues overseas on exhibition hangs, regional art fair planning and other operational admin as required, monthly general administration to include expenses, invoices and reconciliation of accounts, as well as provide general administrative support in the office to ensure everything runs smoothly. Some personal ad-hoc support as and when required.

Additionally you will also have the opportunity to get involved with project support; (Exhibitions and Art Fairs) as required and ensure smooth communication and delivery to wider gallery teams.

This is a busy and responsible role and requires a very positive and "can-do" attitude and someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and help out where needed.
