You will have experience dealing with complex diary and travel management. Demonstrated experience working on confidential matters.The role comes with a generous bonus and top benefits!

The role will include:-

Managing phone calls emails and correspondence on behalf of the team and allocating where appropriate.

Managing meetings, room bookings, catering and assisting with presentation material.

Maintain studio and meeting room calendars. Co-ordination complex travel and visa requirements.

Assisting with typing and editing documents, processing translations and management of expenses.

Assisting Senior Partners/Partners with diary management. Undertaking research as requested.

Ensure studio is maintained and general office standards are maintained.

General administration and ad hoc duties

A successful candidate will be able to suggest new initiatives and carry out procedures along with the company policy. Excellent Microsoft packages and written and spoken skills are a must. You will be able to prioritise tasks & time with top attention to detail. A good communicator able to work independently and with excellent interpersonal skills.
