This long established and highly successful boutique property investment company near Sloane Square are searching for a PA to their charming CEO. This is a maternity contract starting Feb 23/Early March 23 at the latest.

You will be seeking a role predominantly office based role though hybrid working of 2 days per week is a possibility for the right candidate. You will receive a competitive salary, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, discretionary bonus (benchmarked at 10%) pension, private medical, life cover, there is a shower on site for those who wish to use it and a season ticket loan is offered throughout your employment.

Daily, alongside the other EA and an Office Manager in the team you will assist the CEO with extensive diary management, setting up meetings, travel and accommodation, events, expenses management, office health & safety checks and administration, corporate administration and HR support for the team/office.

Such a varied and interesting role for someone who enjoys keeping an office running smoothly as an extension of their CEO whilst continuing to support as a PA.

To be considered you will ideally have experience in a similar role, have a willing can-do attitude, be articulate and well presented, be easily able to commute to Sloane Square. Property or similar industries is preferred but all will be considered.
