We seek a top Receptionist with a future goal of becoming a Team Assistant/PA to join this international hugely successful firm. Joining their start up London office with a team of 20 you will have an opportunity to develop and reap huge rewards.

To be successful for this role you will adore meeting people, being front of house and have a friendly, helpful and energetic nature. You will be keen to take on administrative duties also and grow your responsibilities in time.

A hands on and muck in attitude is essential.  Flexibility and a dedicated approach is what is required. The company work at a fast pace a can have a high volume of work to get through so your energy and experience (2-3 years + in front of house/ administrative roles) will shine and you will enjoy being kept on your toes and immersed in their vision and success.  An eagle eye for detail and very much connected to your role your energy and commitment will be matched by the company and you will have a very successful and rewarding career.

Daily you will liaise with your international colleagues, investors and high profile individuals, being the warm and sunny welcome to the office, providing refreshments, organising meeting rooms, take incoming calls, email management, diary and meeting organisation (across multiple time zones) including video conferences and events, meeting and greeting guests and supporting the Executive Assistants/Office Manager with running errands, making the shopping and lunch orders for the office, research, facilities to stationery orders and more!
