Team Assistant/Office Manager - Investments - Mayfair

£40000 - £50000 per annum Benefits Bonus

This boutique global Investment management company based in Mayfair have a new and exciting opportunity due to growth. A new role you will start as the Office Manager/Team Assistant with opportunity a plenty to grow with them.
Working full time in the stunning office in Mayfair (hours of 8.30-18.00) with a friendly and welcoming team of 21. On the team side you will support to Partner level with diary management, meeting organisation, travel research and bookings, meeting & greeting guests and gate keeping/answering calls.
On the Office Management side you will have management of suppliers, ordering supplies, facilities requests, liaising with the IT providers, keeping holiday registers for staff, processing payments and expenses, compliance admin support to H&S, corporate event planning - summer and Christmas parties to carbon off-setting!
A wonderfully involved role where you will be the lynchpin for the office and be valued.
To be considered you will have relevant experience (Office Management & PA/Team Assistant is a must) with longevity, professional services, finance is preferred and boutique hands on backgrounds. Degree calibre you will be immaculately presented, spoken and have a can-do approach to tasks. Top IT skills are essential.
