A boutique environment in London with approx 20 FTEs and regular high profile visitors from international offices and clients, it is a busy and engaging environment. The team are welcoming, social and passionate about their organisation.
They have a flexible working policy which allows home working 1/2 days per week as standard with office time spent in beautiful offices in W1.
Supporting a team of 4 investment professionals you will have high standards, enjoy scheduling and thinking one step ahead of your team to ensure comprehensive ever changing diary management across multiple time zones, multi-stop travel and accommodation, scheduling meetings, providing document management, expenses and invoice management. You will be working alongside the support team to include an Office Manager, Receptionist and EAs to ensure the smooth running of the administrative function of the business.
The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre, have demonstrable Team PA or Team Assistant experience (approx 4 years or more) in Investments, Private Equity or similar boutique environments - you will be looking for a role supporting a team and be seeking the next step in your career.
