Job Description

Executive Assistant to CEO - Property - £50-55K Bonus Benefits

Sloane Square

1 Day WFH (Monday)

We're looking for a polished, proactive, and supremely organised Executive Assistant to support an inspiring and dynamic CEO in a leading property firm based in beautiful West End offices. This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, is always three steps ahead, and loves being the engine behind the scenes that keeps everything running smoothly.

Working in a sociable, collaborative and high-achieving team, you'll be the CEO's go-to - a true right-hand support, acting as an ambassador both internally and externally. No two days will look the same. You'll manage an exciting blend of classic EA duties alongside strategic project coordination, corporate communications, marketing support, and even personal errands.

What's in it for you?
This business genuinely invests in its people. The team is warm, friendly and incredibly welcoming - think social events, and a strong culture of collaboration and appreciation. You'll have one day working from home each week (Mondays), and a strong package including:

  • £50-55K base salary
  • Discretionary bonus (up to 10%)
  • Private medical insurance
  • Company pension
  • Life insurance
  • 25 days holiday bank holidays
  • Interest-free season ticket loan
  • Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm

The Role - A Snap Shot:

  • Full EA support to the CEO - diary, travel, inbox, gatekeeping, prep and follow-up
  • Representing the CEO internally & externally with polish, poise and discretion
  • Preparing board-level reports, committee packs, and presentations
  • Overseeing internal communications, staff wellbeing initiatives & onboarding
  • Personal support including property admin, diary crossovers and errands
  • Running and improving internal systems, documentation and digital filing
  • Supporting health & safety reporting and action tracking (training provided)
  • Line management of the Team Assistant/Office Manager
  • Assisting with PR, marketing, website & SEO updates, and social media content
  • Event coordination, birthdays, corporate gifts and making the team feel special

About You:

  • Experience supporting at C-suite level in a fast-paced environment (property a plus)
  • Proactive, solutions-focused and always ten steps ahead
  • Impeccable communication and relationship-building skills
  • A born organiser who thrives in a varied and dynamic role
  • Comfortable juggling multiple workstreams and managing others
  • Friendly, down-to-earth, and unfazed by the odd curveball
  • Strong IT skills across MS365, digital filing, and social platforms

This is a unique opportunity to step into a pivotal role at the heart of a thriving business, where your input will be truly valued and your days will be filled with challenge, variety and achievement.

If this sounds like your kind of job, we'd love to hear from you.
