Executive Assistant to HNW Entrepreneur/Office Manager - Mayfair
A varied and interesting role has arisen for an experienced EA with 5 years+ at senior Director level. Able to work independently and autonomously. The Principal (entrepreneur) travels extensively for long period so you will be confident in your ability to make judgement calls and multi-task several projects. A self motivated person with top communication skills, good IT and a calm, positive personality
The role is wide and your skills will be used in all aspects. Overseeing any projects that are underway, reporting on each project and carry out the financial tracking. Give weekly project summaries and update action points. Prepare Agendas for meetings and sometimes attend on behalf of the Principal. Overseeing invoice and payment management including banking preparation and reconciliation, VAT returns (there is an accountant to liaise with). Interfacing with accountants and use of Quickbooks.Creditor/Debtor/Supplier Control. Managing Companies House and HMRC filings with accountant.
Personal Assistance to the Principal to include email management, gatekeeper, research, travel, household management, vehicle management, personal shopping, booking meetings/appointments, dinner, theatre etc
The Principal is an upbeat busy entrepreneur with a finger in many pies and no two days will be the same! Nice offices next to Bond Street tube in boutique environment
