Part-Time (French speaking) PA - W1 (20 hours per week)

An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Part Time PA with fluent English & French (both written and spoken) to support this fabulous British CEO of a property group working on a major project constructing a  ski-lodge/academy & hotel in France (among other interests).  Lots of written and verbal communication in both languages amongst the team, so your French and English skills will be of a very high standard.  Degree standard much preferred. You may be required to go to France 3 - 4 times per year to check on the project and become involved in all aspects of the project.  Some working from home may be possible in the future.

The role is to work across 3 - 4 days totaling 20 hours per week (some can be remotely/from home) or you can come into lovely Marylebone offices to work.  The boss is a dream to work with, entrepreneurial and needs a really solid pair of hands to see the project through and expand on the business.  Able to work alone, highly organised and a top co-ordinator you will show 4 years+ experience as a PA at senior level (some at CEO if possible).  Degree would be preferred and an interest or involvement in ski-ing and winter sports a big plus

You will be working on some exciting projects with a multitude of responsibilities and tasks.  A high level of trust and self-management will be needed as you will be working remotely most of the time (boss may come into the office once per week).  Proactive, discreet and happy to help where needed within the business.  You must have excellent PA experience at senior level and be highly responsible and versatile.

Diary management with multiple changes, travel management with detailed schedule and any paperwork required.  Coordinating meetings and quarterly Board meetings.  Project Management, Reviewing and managing budgets, administration support and any HR requirement. Excellent IT skills required. The business will grow over time and there is a possibility of going full time once the business is up and running.  You can become totally involved in this amazing new business and have an interesting career that will grow with a great boss who needs a true right hand
