Personal Assistant/ Office Manager

£15/16 per hour + holiday pay

Job Description

We are seeking an immediately available and experienced Personal Assistant/ Office Manager to join our client, a well-known, and highly successful app on a temporary basis (possibly to perm). In this dynamic office you will support a team of 30 with diary management, meeting organisation, national and international travel arrangements including accommodation, expenses, being a first point of contact for stakeholders, events coordination and all facilities and office requests. A busy and varied role you will be one step ahead at all times to ensure the smooth running of the office.

 

The hours are 10am to 7pm for this role with flexibility as always required.

 

To be successful in this role you will have a keen interest in mobile and app technologies, be able to work independently, have proven experiences in a similar role and be free immediately to commence for an on-going basis or potentially into a permanent role.
