Team Assistant/ Office Manager

This well known and expanding restaurant group are keen to find a Team Assistant/ Office Manager to join their friendly team in their City HQ (30 people). A casual working environment, every day is dress down, and the work is busy, varied with lots of room to develop. A new role too so one you can make your own!

 

To be successful in this role you will love front of house duties, be happy to be based as the first point of contact to visitors (serviced offices so all guests announced through the intercom), organise meetings and be a cheery support to guests. This is a small percentage of the role as all other times you will be a Team Assistant/PA for the Directors supporting with diary management, expenses, extensive travel arrangements via their external travel company and have the responsibility of ensuring the office runs smoothly with facilities requests, organising everything for new starters to organising team birthday gifts and events, social events and stationery orders.

You must have experiences in a similar role to be considered, Junior PA, Team Assistant, Office Assistant etc. A degree would be preferable though good A-levels or qualified by experience. You must be well presented, spoken and have a friendly positive attitude to every task you undertake.
