This wonderful upbeat UHNW Family office in Marylebone, offing much progression and opportunity are looking for a solid Office Manager who will also be a relief PA to the CEO and arrange his diary and travel when his EA is on leave or unavailable. 

The offices which are stunning are set over 2 floors with a very friendly and inclusive team ( around 20/25 people) . The family have interests in retail, property, art and philanthropy so there is not a shortage of interesting things to get involved in. 

They are looking for a profession  and upbeat OM/PA  with a background supporting as a PA at Senior Director level / CEO level for a couple of years  with excellent communication skills and a helpful friendly attitude. A successful candidate will be steady and dependable and a real lynch-pin to the office.

Tech savvy and a self-starter who is confident with 5 years+ OM background and at least 2 years Senior Director level PA experience.
