Team Assistant Boutique Investment Firm - St Pauls

36-38K p.a. + bens + bonus

An expanding and incredibly successful boutique investment client of ours is actively seeking an immediately available Team Assistant to come in to support in this busy and varied role. Based in stunning offices (newly renovated) with a friendly team you will be part of an UHNW venture capital firm that is well established and continually growing.  

You will be graduate caliber, have a smart switched-on attitude, be able to think three steps ahead at all times as the schedules change often, not be afraid of doing the basics and more senior tasks as required. Experience within a boutique office would be desirable as you will understand the culture, finance is a huge plus, and a minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in a similar role is required. 

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, professionalism and an ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of seniority. Proactive approach, self-motivated with an ability to allocate tasks to self without prompting.Ability to prioritise under pressure; managing multiple tasks with conflicting deadlines, and the ability to understand and balance competing demands particularly when managing multiple diaries. A team player who will proactively find ways to help other team members across Principal Investments and portfolio companies. Excellent administration and organisation skills, and experience of working across time-zones.Very strong attention to detail and be advanced with Microsoft tools, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
