A wonderful opportunity for a responsible and tech savvy PA to support an UHNWI in a remote capacity in a mainly business focused role that will also include some CRM, Data and website management. 

The Princpial is involved in some really exciting technology investments in the  retail, f&b and data analytics sectors which is steadily expanding and offers great growth potential. Looking for a  a remote PA to help organised and streamline their business/life. The Principal is flexible and very personable and is looking for someone intelligent and proactive that can be a real support and who enjoys a versatile role that will grow and evolve with time. With potential weekly meet-ups to build a good working relationship and set weekly agendas etc so you build that 1:1 support and trust. A London based EA is preferable.

You must have experience at Founder/C-suite level as a PA /EA ideally in the Venture Capital / finance sector so there is an understanding of funding processes and the industry. Technology savvy is a must as the role will involve support managing their CRM, website and data. 

Exceptional organisation skills and top communication both written and verbal is a must - the Prinicpal is extremely busy and in demand. Duties will include but not limited to;

• Extensive diary and inbox management – flagging/filtering/prioritising – responding on his behalf when appropriate
• Some travel logistics ( travels to the US on a monthly basis) and meeting management
• Preparation of documents and research on investment opportunities
• Existing client portfolio management
• Website/ CRM management and data input
• Implementing systems and administrative procedures
• Wider support on the personal & business side but again I think this will evolve with trust and time.
