Head of UHNW Client Services (Mayfair + International)

This is a new role to upgrade the services to UHNW individuals within this boutique international environment.  Based in fabulous offices in Mayfair (40) you will be working within a niche division of the company (team of 4) and guide/mentor them into delivering the best possible service to their UHNW clients.

Your background will be ultra UHNW luxury goods, top concierge background (10 years+) luxury services, ie. private jets of working within a niche UHNW arena that delivers the best possible standards to your discerning clients.

Top personal presentation and communication skills you will have a superb background in UHNW client care and the expectations of UHNW clients.  Tracking the service delivery of the team from beginning to end so that a faultless and six star service is obtained.  Overseeing the office operations of the Chairman with regard to the beginning of the transaction from client meetings to transport and logistics to full satisfactory delivery of the project.

You will act as a go between for the Chairman and the clients and build long lasting relationships both internally and externally.  You will have your own charm and charisma and be wedded to the ideals of outstanding client service and have a cv that demonstrates this.
