Junior PA-International Music Agent (Kilburn)

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a graduate caliber candidate to commence a career as a Junior PA/Talent Management Assistant for a well-known leading Talent Management Associate. Your boss, a likeable and charming character, is the Founder of the organisation and represents a high profile DJs alongside up and coming artists. A business that is evolving and you would grow with it.

An interest and  knowledge of the music industry is essential. There is the opportunity to travel, be involved with studio recordings as well as being involved with the wider music team. 

Located at the home office in Kilburn as well as supporting remotely, you will support him initially with the coordination and logistics for the 12 large international shows they have planned. Assist with diary management, organise all national and international travel including accommodation, handle expenses management and reporting, be a problem solver, always stay one step ahead with his schedule, inbox management, liaise with artists and their demands/requests.You will need to be proactive, have a confident and professional attitude in order to at times "hold the fort". 

To be considered you will have top organizational skills, be willing/able to support out of hours, not get ‘star struck’ when dealing with celebrities/high profile individuals, have strong IT skills including Word and Excel and be looking for a career role where you can develop long term.
