An unbelievable opportunity has come in to join this extremely High Profile Global Celebrity and their team in a faced paced and varied role - no two days will be the same! 

Our Client is looking for an experienced PA who can hit the ground running and will work alongside their charming and friendly executive team in a very involved and interesting role. Their large and well established family office based in Kensington, and has a very creative, upbeat energy with a large and inclusive team. 

The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre with 5 years+ experience as a PA/ Private PA, who has ideally had worked with UHNWs or CELEBRITIES and understands the level of support that is required. Ideally you must have worked as a private PA in a busy office or family office environment whilst also having exposure to the inner workings and intricacies of a UHNW household. 

The role requires someone with great emotional intelligence and the gravitas to support and communicate effectively across all levels. The role will see you liaising extensively with HOD's for all the Principals investments, PR agencies, Press, as well as other high profile celebrities and everyone in between including household staff. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal will be essential!

The role will also see a  large volume of administration and correspondence so you will need to be on the ball, filtering, flagging and responding appropriately. The Principal receives a large amount of invitations, often from VIPs and Royalty so you will be composing RSVPs to a very high standard with huge attention to detail.

The role will also involve personal shopping, scheduling personal appointments and complex travel logistics, assisting with large private parties and events as well as sourcing catering, decorations and even being on hand to assist. The role will also involve assisting the EA with any overflow of their workload such as document production, dairy management, expenses and a bit of general office management etc. You must have a flexible and diplomatic approach at all times as you will be dealing with multiple personalities and often last minute changes and requests. Calm and confident under pressure is a must.  

You will need to have a proactive and positive attitude with a muck in, hands on approach and the ability to work quickly with great attention to detail. A flexible attitude, with a strong work ethic who consistently goes the extra mile. Advanced IT skills and exceptional written and verbal skills are mandatory.
