One of our top clients is looking for a very upbeat and positive Personal Assistant to support the Chief of Staff for a very well known and exciting family office. Based in the heart of the west end, with spectacular offices over 2 floors and interests in property, fashion, retail, charity and art, this family office offers great progression opportunities and is a wonderful opportunity Great benefits package, with a friendly and inclusive team and lots to get involved with. 

A successful candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years experience as a PA supporting at senior level in a faced paced role similar role. A background from a family office environment or supporting a HNW is preferred, with an interest of exposure to property is a bonus. 

Must be beautifully presented and polished with excellent communication skills both written and verbal who has a positive can do attitude and gets things done without a fuss. You will also need to have excellent IT skills (Word and Excel) and above all else a friendly and helpful personality with a big smile. 

With a varied workload and wide remit of responsibility you will be the Gatekeeper to a very busy and in demand Chief of Staff who has an eagle eye view on the whole office, their investments and interests. You will be supporting with diary management, booking travel, creating detailed itineraries, general administration, research, assisting with sourcing properties and all relevant paperwork, assisting to maintain the existing property portfolio and all household staff, processing expenses and petty cash, sourcing furniture/fabric and high end art works, running errands for the family, booking restaurants,  and assisting with lots of project work and events. 

This is a meaty and hands on position for someone who is on the ball, confident and who enjoys a diverse and hands-on role with LOTS to get involved in.
