2 Day Laundress in Clapham

Job Descriptions

A London based family which includes, two adults and two children (aged 8 months old and 3 years old) are seeking a live-out laundress housekeeper on a 2 day  per week basis.

This is a relaxed family household seeking a friendly yet highly professional and experienced laundress who can take care of the families wardrobes and linen (with the support of another part time cleaner 3 days a week).

Property

Four-bedroom home with 5 bathrooms over 3 floors

Characteristics

-              Must have previous experience working in a similar role

-              Enthusiastic and committed to getting the job done well

-              High attention to detail and willing to go the extra mile

-              Ability to stay self-motivated

-              Outgoing, cheerful, proactive and confident

-              Must be child friendly

-              Must be fluent in English

Household Responsibilities

-              Ensure the linen, curtains/ blinds and fabrics are kept clean

-              Experience with dealing with laundry, delicate fabrics, hand washing, ironing de bobbling cashmere and so on!

-              To be happy to help the other part time housekeeper with any responsible for the daily upkeep of the house

Hours

-              2 days a week (flexible when) 8-9 hours a day

-              Salary: £15ph
