Laundress required for large home near Sloane Square
We are looking for an experienced Laundress for our client based near Sloane Square. You will work as a part of an established household team including Executive Assistant, PA, Security , Nannies and 4 housekeepers, as well as a chauffeur. The family has 3 children and a dog.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Washing and Steaming clothes
- Mending clothes
- Ironing clothes and linens
- Wardrobe management and organisation of laundry
- Sorting and preparing items for dry cleaning
- Seasonal organisation of wardrobes
- Cataloguing designer clothing and relative valuable items
- Attending to suit cases for travel and return
- Others ad hoc duties concerning housekeeping
- Ensuring the kitchen is tidy before leaving
- You must also be happy to help in other areas of housekeeping if the need requires
Previous experience working as a dedicated laundress in a large private home is essential.
Starting ASAP
Location: Sloane Square SW3
Hours: Monday to Friday 10am - 7pm
Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 GPA DOE
