Live in Housekeeper for family in Notting Hill W2– January start

Charming family living in Notting Hill (W2) are looking for an experienced housekeeper to join them on a live in basis (they will consider live out for exceptional candidates).

The property is large (8000sqft) with 8 bedrooms, which have been made into 4 very large suites. You will work alongside other members of staff, including a live out housekeeper who works 10am – 3pm and has been with them for 18 years! There is also a nanny, taking care of the 2 boys aged 5 and 8 years old (so you must like children!), a PA for the family and a lady who comes in 2 days a week to do the ironing.

You will be responsible for sharing the housekeeping workload, grocery & household shopping, some basic cooking would be great, dealing with contractors, window cleaners, deliveries and so on.  A real muck in attitude and a team player.

They are looking for someone kind natured with a caring personality. You must have longevity in previous roles (their staff have been with them 10+ years) with great references.

Your accommodation is own bedroom, bathroom + living area and kitchenette on the lower ground floor.

Ideal hours will either be around 7am – 3pm or 2/3pm – 7/8pm. Tuesday – Saturday or Sunday – Thursday. Flexible for the right person.

Salary: £500 npw (negotiable)
