Live In Domestic Couple – South West London

A private family household are seeking to recruit a live in household couple (Butler/maintenance + Housekeeper/Laundry) to assist with the running of two properties for the Principal. Primary responsibilities will involve daily cleaning and laundry tasks. Maintenance tasks including hanging art work, oiling doors, lightbulb changes etc, driving and table service. Keeping on top of and maintaining the technical systems in the house, including sound systems, heating, and entertainment systems and so on.

Exceptional attention to detail is required, the right candidates must be extremely well organized and able to adapt to last minute changes.

The family are looking for a couple who are dynamic and very practical. You will both need to be flexible and able to work long hours during busy periods. You will both have a strong character and good communication skills, be trustworthy and able to demonstrate that you can handle confidential information appropriately.

At least one of you will need to be a confident driver and happy to run errands into Central London and driving luggage to and from airports.

Location: South West London, close to Richmond.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (dependent on experience)

Hours: 10 hours per day, working 5 days out of 7 which will include Saturday and Sunday on a regular basis. Hours may vary when the Principal is in residence. Occasional travel within the UK to other rental properties.
