Daily OR Live in Housekeeper - South West London

Live in or live out housekeeper required for UHNW Household. Primary responsibility will include an oversight of household organization, ensuring areas such as laundry and cleaning run efficiently and to a high standard.  Every day you will need to be directly involved in doing laundry and cleaning yourself. You will be responsible for the overall appearance and atmosphere of the house both on a day to day basis and during hosted events. You will work closely with the Principal of the household, assisting him directly with valet, wardrobe and personal duties – so experience with packing and unpacking, preparing outfits and so on is key. The role will require occasional travel with the Principal. They are looking for someone who has a hands-on approach and is willing to personally involve in daily household tasks. You will have a strong character and good communication skills. You must be trustworthy and able to demonstrate that you can handle confidential information appropriately.  You will work alongside other household staff and be a team player. Clean driving licence essential and confident in and around central London. You must have at least 5 years’ experience working as a professional housekeeper within U/HNW households or luxury hotels.

Salary £35,000 - £40,000 gross per annum (dependant on experience & living situation).

Hours: 09:30 – 21:00, 5 days per week, working two weekends per month.  Events and travel as required, both to rural locations in the UK and internationally. Some requirement to respond to calls and messages outside of working hours.

Accommodation if live in will be self-contained and close to the property

Location: South West London, close to Richmond.
