Private chef sought for VIP family of 3 plus guests. Sharing the role with one other chef (who has been there around 3 years with the family) working 3.5 days per week, which will involve some weekends.
Daily 3 meals a day for the principals and their young daughter.
Also to cover the other chef with holidays/sickness etc.
Simple, healthy and clean food, working with the other chef on menu plans and shopping/supply lists.
When the clients entertain it is usually a buffet or BBQ style set up. On the occasion they use the formal dining room it will be up to 8 people.
You must have experience working in U/HNW / VIP households as a private chef.
Hours: 3.5 days a week, 7am - 8pm with breaks in the day.
