PA/Office Manger - Agricultural Design & Construction Business.

Supporting this charming and down to earth Principal across his business and family life.  You will be an experienced Office manager/PA with a background in property management and assisting in running a large household/estate (preferred).  Running a very busy diary and client meetings you will liaise with contractors and trades sorting out site visits etc.  As well as dealing with the clients needs the Principal has a building project with a large country house in the Cotswolds and also development projects on his own residence on the estate.  You will also assist in the running of the house and managing staff and dealing with any issues that may arise.  The family travel regularly abroad and have an overseas home also.

Interesting and varied role you will integrate into the office and become a very valued member of the team.  A relaxed yet very professional working environment you will be a car driver and happy to muck in when needed.  Integrity and honesty with a good track record is needed as this is a pivotal role for the company and the Principal.  A positive and happy personality with a good eye for detail is essential.  Responsible and reliable is key and excellent tech and organisational skill, able to liaise at all levels and get results.  There will be occasional travel abroad 3-4 times a year to Europe for 3-4 days at a time.
