A leading professional body with such a friendly and collaborative working environment are seeing an experienced Administrator/Assessment Coordinator to join them in their offices in Oxford. This role is a 6 months Fixed Term Contract.
This professional body ensure the smooth running of assessments for over 15,000 individuals twice a year to qualify in the organisations field. They facilitate over 23 subject syllabuses and core reading alongside 69 assessment papers and your role will be to ensure the administrative function behind the scenes runs with ease.
Daily you will support the Assessment Executives with the collation of the exam marking data to allow the examiners to be able to produce the results information within set deadlines, to quality check data for missing information or errors, document production, ensuring GDPR compliance of applicant data handled by the department, liaising with external providers or personnel involved in the process and all general office administrative tasks as required.
To be successful for this role you will be an experienced administrator, ideally from a professional body or education provider, with knowledge of assessments, training or similar, have handled high volume data, document production and have sound customer services experiences. You will have great knowledge of Word and Excel, have impeccable attention to detail and be available and looking to commit to a 6 months fixed term contract.
