Fluent French and English is needed plus an EA passport and 6 years as a senior level Chief of Staff/Head of Family Office. Degree standard, personable with top communication skills and able to lead by example

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced and talented Chief of Staff/Head of Family Office to take over the building and running of a Family Office to be based in France (Paris/South of France). The role will require some travel internationally and some remote support. A profile demonstrating in depth experience in a similar role for an UHNW within the business world is required or within an established UHNW family office.

Supporting a dynamic and hugely successful Principal who has various companies encompassing Technology, Private Equity and major international projects.

You will have a firm grasp of HR issues both legally and with regard recruitment to include hiring/mentoring and disciplinary matters. Able to coach staff to a high level and improve standards.

Able to establish procedures and standards across a wide remit of administration. Dealing with HR matters/legal/financial/documentation/property matters and important relationships to the Family Office.

Running the Private Family Office you will have oversight of all projects/work streams and implement and manage procedures and working practices. Reporting into the Principal on all important matters and assisting when required. Financially astute and used to dealing with budgets and reconciliation. Overseeing renovations and dealing with contractors both in France and abroad. Some travel internationally.
