Executive to CEO Media  (Hybrid)

Job Description

This is a wonderful opportunity to support a dynamic and charismatic media CEO in a successful and high profile industry which is very busy and interesting.  Time poor you will support him in both a business and personal capacity, liaising with the charming Chief of Staff on a daily basis to keep things running properly.  A top organiser with a cv demonstrating both business and private support (60/40 split) at CEO or Founding Partner level is essential to be considered.

Organising a very busy corporate & social life, events and international travel (you may travel to LA occasionally in the future).  Some out of hours will be expected to support the Principal when attending film galas, social occasions & dinners etc

A background in media, entertainment, music or an upbeat similar industry is much preferred.  The Principal is much respected and liked in the industry.

Ahead of the game you will be on top of all social media and latest tech - able to modify and change plans & travel easily you will be proactive self-starter and be able to juggle diverse requests with ease.  You will have a top eye for detail and take great pride in your role as this Principal as high standards and will expect you to have the same.  The role is hybrid and the company are looking to move to a West End base early next year.
