EA to Chairman - Business & Private - Mayfair - A role has arisen for a seasoned Business & Private EA to support a prominent individual in the financial world with huge achievements for on-going charitable endeavours.
Based in the office in Mayfair with hybrid working (whilst the principal travels) - you will be flexible and prefer an office environment.
Seeking another long term EA you will show longevity on your CV in a similar role (HNWI/CEO/Chairman level) supporting across their business and private matters. You will be calm natured, particularity under pressure and right timeframes, be used to working at pace with a can do attitude to support where required. Polished with advanced MS Office packages and have exceptional communication skills.
Daily you will book and manage extensive international and national travel arrangements, luxury accommodations and produce seamless itineraries, inbox management, produce and edit documentation including presentations, gatekeeping, take minutes at board meetings and weekly team meetings, expenses to supporting with a personal relocation, liaising with household staff, personal administration, support with charitable involvements and more.
