A fabulous role has arisen for a polished Office Manager with excellent PA skills.

Joining this extremely successful tech investment firm with a HO in California. this is a top mult-tasking role for someone with a warm and helpful personality who has exceptional hospitality skills and some creative ideas.  This is a new office in London with no expense spared on the refurbishment

The role is a 50/50 split of OM and PA duties to include: 

Running the office on oiled wheels and taking responsibility for all legal compliance from fire safety to security and opening/closing the office.  Hosting important meetings and greeting client/visitors in a concierge manner, offering refreshments and any assistance they may require.  You will be first contact for the London office and first impressions are paramount.  Managing welcome packs, drinks and light food to the office making sure refreshments are at hand.  Organising transport when required. Ordering stationery and office supplies.  Dealing with IT provider on any issues in the office. Checking the office/meeting rooms are immaculate at all times.  Co-ordinate and oversee all Office Management.  You will be passionate about organisation an effective problem solver and able to react quickly and thoughtfully.

The PA duties will include supporting the incoming US Senior Partner for 3 months of the year whilst he is in London with meetings, travel & itineraries, Zoom/Teams calls, dinner & lunch reservations and general administrative support. Liaising with the Californian EA on travel and important meetings regularly.  You will also support the Head of Family Office occasionally with various projects and events and administrative support and an incoming member of the team from Switzerland.  Keeping an eye of various schedules. Up to date technology, diary and meeting management is essential for this role but above all your top concierge skills to make clients and visitors feel extremely welcomed into the offices.  A top team player with a happy and positive personality who loves involvement and likes a boutique environment.

A good eye for detail,  double checking is second nature to you, professional with excellent communication skills

Degree standard preferred, well presented and spoken is essential.  This is a role that will suit someone who is a self-starter, confident in their range of abilities and happy to have fluctuating days of being extremely busy or times when the pace is much slower.  5 years+ in a similar role and excellent references
