This is an outstanding opportunity to support this very charming and hugely busy CEO in all aspects of his life.  This is a pivotal role working closely with the Chief of Staff to keep things moving on oiled wheels.  This individual is much in demand in the film and media world and is hugely influential and respected.

Your CV will demonstrate 8 years+ supporting an individual in Media, Film or Music at CEO or Founding Partner level.  Adept at working at a pace and juggling many diverse requests this role will involve you in all aspects of a very busy and successful career and fast paced social life.  A career supporting a successful entrepreneur in the public eye in both a business and personal capacity will be considered.

The Principal has a hectic social life and is invited to many high profile events and will be contacting you out of normal hours (not extremely late) to assist if needed. 

You will also support him with private matters to include travel, meetings, dinners, checking household requirements with staff, invoicing, insurances etc.  You will be solutions driven and happy to keep this successful CEO organised and supported.

You will have outstanding organisational skills, on top of the latest tech and love your role as a Business and Private EA this individuals' life merges his professional and private life and you will be used to supporting someone of this level.  You will present solutions and not questions, be a great lateral thinker and on top of his travel, commitments, diary and meetings making the best use of his time.

Well spoken and presented this is a Unicorn role which does not come along often.

The role will be mainly remote to start off with (whilst a central London office is sourced/completed) and you will meet at the residence or many of the London Clubs with the Chief of Staff and Principal.  It will then revert to Hybrid + Office Based and possibly some travel in the future.

You will be a star yourself and one in a million and have a good understanding of the culture in media/film, outstanding prioritisation skills and used to stepping up to the plate when needed.  Well spoken and presented and willing to give 110%  The boss is generous with bonus on performance and genuinely a charming and inclusive individual...
