An opportunity has arisen to join this boutique and highly successful family office in Mayfair focused on property management and development in Central London as a PA/Office Manager.
To be considered you will come from a property / real estate or similar industry, you will have PA and office support experience, be enthusiastic, willing and organised, graduate calibre preferred.
Daily you will be coordinating the diary and travel, inbox management, expenses and invoice/payment management, liaising with landlords and contractors, coordinating visitor schedules and property viewings, answering incoming calls, meeting guests, office supplies and facilities management and more. A wonderfully varied role where you will ensure all runs smoothly.
