Our client a well-known family with an extensive interests are seeking a Team Assistant to join them and support their Investments team. A vibrant, friendly and hardworking team so a great sense of humour is a must with a big smile and willingness to get stuck-in!
You will have experience in an office environment (1-2 years), have a top work ethic and be ambitious to be successful as a top Team Assistant in a private office. You will be of graduate caliber, be hands on, willing to support and be looking to make a long term commitment. You will be articulate and well presented as the role can be client facing at times.
You will be looking for an office based role and be able to commute with ease to the Bond Street area.
In this role you will support with meeting scheduling, diary management, scheduling national and international travel, preparing for meetings and video calls on behalf of your team, manage expenses, assist with the organisation of team events and general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the teams day. You will not be one to shy away from any task required of you, from covering the Receptionist, secondary reception for your team to include gatekeeping, taking incoming calls for your team, meeting visitors, setting up meeting rooms to providing refreshments.
This role is available immediately so those on a week or less notice would be in an advantageous position, though this is not a must. The right person is essential to them.
