Joining this leading International Venture Capital firm in start-up mode in Central London, created to expand the organisations reach in Europe, you will join as the Receptionist with Team Admin and Office Management duties. They are a highly recommended team, incredibly welcoming, passionate and inclusive.

We are seeking someone with office administration & reception experience, someone confident, self-sufficient and ambitious to join a growing team. You will be well presented, articulate and of graduate calibre.

Daily you will help in the smooth running of the London office, manage facilities, schedule meetings, assist with diary management, set up meeting space, ordering catering,meet & greet guests, handle incoming calls, gatekeeping, office inbox management, daily lunch and supply orders, expenses management and support to the team (including Executive Assistants).

Such a wonderful role for someone who is looking to immerse themselves in such a key role, ensuring the upkeep of the wonderful culture, to grow long term and evolve.

You will work alongside two Executive Assistants who support the senior team.

You will want to work in the office full time to be successful in this role. They have quieter periods in August and December where flexible working is readily available.
