Receptionist

£32000 - £35000 per annum pension, medical insurance

We are working with this modern multi-faceted media company (approx 100 employees in London) who are seeking a bright, hands-on Receptionist to join their friendly and interesting team.

In this stand-alone Reception role you can truly get involved and will have ample visitors to host on a day to day basis. The office is set across multiple floors and housed on the 1st floor you will be the first face of prominent and high profile guests.

You will welcome and announce guests, provide refreshments, answer incoming calls and act as the gatekeeper, perform postal duties, ordering daily office breakfasts for all staff (yourself included), meeting catering and snacks, schedule meetings, set up meeting space, manage office expenses, order supplies and general office administration.

The hours for the role are 9.30am to 6.30pm - you must be able to commit to these hours Monday to Friday.

They seek a graduate calibre candidate with 2 years in a front of house or office assistant capacity working in a reception function, top MS Office skills, strong written and verbal communication skills and a love of hosting and people is a must!

In return you will receive a competitive base salary as listed, private medical insurance, pension, 23 days holidays plus bank holidays plus the office is closed during the Christmas period, daily breakfast and fruit/snacks and use of a wonderful breakout area/garden for your breaks.
