Business/Private PA - Hybrid (Belgravia & Remote)
This interesting and involving role has arisen to support this philanthropic/entrepreneur in Belgravia and remote (work from home 2 - 3 days per week according to requirements) The Principal is involved with investments, property/estates, philanthropy, political think tanks, all of which you will be party to including various projects as they arise
Based in the Belgravia residence in the home office (large) with 2 - 3 other colleagues your involvement in every aspect of the Principal's business and life will start from day one.
Business: Inbox management, prioritising/flagging and responding to email on behalf of the Principal when required. Taking dictation and composing correspondence/emails when needed. Outstanding attention to detail is needed, double checking important issues have bee addressed. Diary management both business and personal - co-ordinating meetings/locations where needed. Keeping track of expenditure and forward planning for expenditure on projects. Liaising with accountants on tax matters, personal finances etc. Tracking all personal investments and flagging up changes. Planning events and ad hoc projects
Personal: Overseeing and management of 2 residential properties (London and Country) Planning renovations & decorations, dealing with trades & builders and general oversight of the properties and their grounds. Renewal of insurances and obtaining competitive quotes. Management of cars and vehicles, insurances, repairs and service. Organising entertainment, events and occasions. Booking shows, restaurants, exhibitions and concerts and keeping track of restaurant openings and upcoming events. Detailed travel and holiday planning with detailed itineraries. Booking all private appointments, meetings and professional advisors. Purchasing gifts and personal shopping.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy and interesting day and used to hopping from business to personal support and happy to muck in when needed.
Educated with energy and wanting to build a trusting and invaluable relationship with the Principal. Degree standard much preferred and a cv showing experience in a similar 50/50 role for an entrepreneur or boutique Family Office at senior level for 5 years + Excellent package + bonus
