Part-Time PA - Upbeat HNW Family Investment office -FILLED

40-45K PRO RATA DOE

This is a brilliant opportunity for a positive and proactive PA to join this small and highly personal investment office in the heart of London. The role which is part time would ideally spread across 2 full days and 2 half days, and is based in a small but very upbeat office. ASAP START. 

The Principal and team are looking for a self-motivated, proactive and flexible PA with a good sense of humour who is not phased by working alone at times and is happy to muck in where needed. The ideal candidate will be of degree standard with excellent communication skills both written and verbal and someone who is used to working in a confidential manner. You will be supporting a HNW Principal in both a business and private capacity as well as managing a small but lovey office so a minimum of 3 years experience in an investment firm or family office in a similar role would be ideal. 

Business duties to include: Diary management and booking travel – liaising with travel agent·  Office management – overseeing supplies, contractors, administration, orders, deliveries, post, etc Paying office bills. Arranging some meetings and meeting and greeting guests accordingly – arranging refreshments and lunch when required. Submit monthly invoices and assist the accounts team with various tax returns – assist where possible and when required. Compiling and reviewing spending reports and updating internal spreadsheets. General administration, filing, document production and shredding. Liaising with family PA based abroad and running errands

Private duties to include: Oversee apartment ( based close to the office)  and eventually a house (non -staffed – just a housekeeper) –managing bills, supplies, sourcing goods / suppliers and quotes. Property renovations – assisting with sourcing suppliers, liaising with contractors, attaining quotes and generally helping when needed. Manage housekeeper – hours, rota etc. Updating personal documents and records like passport, visas, insurances, memberships etc Personal shopping including purchasing gifts and running errands

You will also be working closely with a highly personal and lovely family PA who is based in the UK 6 months of the year so there will be wider support on projects, however they are keen to have a PA that can hit the ground running and think on their feet.
