PA to film producer/writer - W1 (Hybrid) £30-35k

An amazing role has arisen for a bright and hands on PA with 2-3 years' experience to assist this charming

and very successful creative film producer/writer in both a business and private capacity.

Highly organised and able to think ahead is essential, conscientious with the ability to pre-empt problems and work

In a solutions driven manner. Excellent diary and travel management skills, expenses, booking calls, Zooms and meetings.

Juggling priorities you will be diplomatic and a great gate-keeper also.

Good all round tech skills and happy to go the extra mile when needed.

Covering private support also you will sort out all private travel and meetings. Book restaurants, theatre and events

and assist in throwing interesting cocktail parties! Research and making sure all household matters/trades/repairs are covered and the best deal found

with comparisons. Liaising with a household staff member with regard to any changes in schedule with housekeeping, errands, dry cleaning etc

The role will grow over time. Private support will be roughly 30% of the role.

The role can be partly office based in the West End and you can work remotely by agreement with the Principal.
